随着生活水平的提高 ,人们不但对饮用水的水质 ,而且对饮用水的味感提出了更高的要求。分析了引起水中不良味感的主要因素 ,讨论并比较了饮用水味感的检测与评价方法及其特点 ,提出了今后饮用水味感研究急需解决的问题
With the improvement of living standards, people have put forward higher requirements not only on the quality of drinking water but also on the taste of drinking water. The main factors causing the bad taste in water were analyzed. The methods of detection and evaluation of the taste of drinking water and their characteristics were discussed and compared. The problems to be solved urgently in the future were pointed out
