随着企业竞争的不断升级,管理学作为企业管理策略制定的基础,越来越受到重视。组织行为学是管理学的重要分支,其作为一门交叉性明显、理论性和实践性强的综合性学科,在我国高校中得到了高度重视与广泛应用。但是,由于发展时间过短与理论研究滞后等原因,造成组织行为学的教学方法存在诸多亟待完善的问题。文章从应用型人才培养视角出发,对组织行为学的教学方法现状进行论述,以期从加强案例教学法、研究性教学法等方面对组织行为学课程实践教学进行理论方面的完善,使其能在管理科学中发挥更大作用。
With the continuous upgrading of business competition, management science has drawn more and more attention as the foundation for the formulation of business management strategy. Organizational behavior is an important branch of management science. As a comprehensive discipline with obvious interdisciplinary, theoretical and practical characteristics, it has been highly valued and widely applied in colleges and universities in our country. However, due to the short development time and the lagging theoretical research, there are many problems to be solved in the teaching methods of organizational behavior. The article discusses the current situation of teaching methods of organizational behavior from the perspective of cultivating applied talents in order to improve the theoretical aspects of practice teaching of organizational behavior courses from the aspects of strengthening case teaching method and researching method of sexual teaching, Management science play a greater role.
