本文报导从1959年1月至1975年12月间46例红白血病的临床经验,并研究免疫失常与本病的关系,尤其是至今尚未认识的红白血病与症状性风湿病的关系。男性32例,女性14例。确诊时患者年龄4岁~81岁,平均49.5岁,中位数56.5岁。红白血病的诊断依据首次骨髓及血象,除3例外,所有的病例骨髓都见到幼稚的红系细胞和不同比例的原粒或原单细胞。初诊时体检46例中9例(19%)脾脏触及,4例(8%)肝脏肿大(在锁骨中线叩诊大于15厘米),仅1例(2%)有明显的淋巴结肿大。有3例初诊时诊断为慢性红细胞髓性增生。1例初诊时骨髓表现为急性粒细胞性白血病,曾得到缓解而再复发时骨髓符合红白血病的诊断。1例曾诊断结节性淋巴瘤、淋巴组织细胞混合型,接受化疗及放疗,三年半后发展成为红白血病。免疫学测定:本组46例在免疫学上有许多异常。放射免疫弥散测定的17例中有11例异常。5例IgG增高(>1,900毫克/100毫升)。7例IgA增高(>330毫克/100毫升)。8例lgM增高(>280毫克/100毫升)。14倒蛋白电泳测定,其中5例在电泳带上有γ球蛋白增高;3例测定免疫电泳和蛋白电泳,免疫球蛋白和γ球蛋白均增高。16例测定类风湿因子,其中5例阳性。13例测定抗核抗体,其中1例阳
This article reports the clinical experience of 46 cases of erythroleukemia from January 1959 to December 1975 and explores the relationship between immunosuppression and the disease, especially the relationship between erythroleukemia and symptomatic rheumatoid disease that has not yet been recognized. 32 males and 14 females. Patients diagnosed at the age of 4 years to 81 years, mean 49.5 years, median 56.5 years. One case had diagnosed nodular lymphoma, lymphoid cells mixed type, undergoing chemotherapy and radiotherapy, three and a half years later developed into erythroleukemia. Immunological test: 46 cases of this group in the immunology there are many abnormalities. Radioimmunoassay in 17 cases, 11 cases were abnormal. 5 cases of IgG increased (> 1,900 mg / 100 ml).
