快速充填构筑密闭墙是一项新的井下防灭火技术,其中涉及到充填泵的选型。通过充填料浆流变特性的实验,测试了料浆的塑性粘度和初始切应力。在此基础上,分析了料浆管路输送的合理管径和摩擦阻力系数。计算得到料浆管路输送的最大阻力,为充填泵的选型提供了必要的理论依据。
Quickly filling the confinement wall is a new underground fire-fighting technology, which involves the selection of filling pump. The plastic viscosity and the initial shear stress of the slurry were tested by the experiment of the rheological properties of the slurry. On this basis, the reasonable pipe diameter and frictional resistance coefficient of the slurry pipeline are analyzed. Calculated the maximum resistance of the slurry pipeline transportation, filling the pump for the selection provides the necessary theoretical basis.
