为适应社会主义市场经济的要求,医院后勤体制改革势在必行,其改革的目的就是实现后勤服务社会化。1 现行医院后勤管理模式存在的问题 现行管理模式是在计划经济摇篮中所派生出来的。后勤各部门之间分工不明,责任不清,工作上相互推诿。在管理上存在着头痛医头、脚痛医脚的弊端,没有长远的计划与规划。在人事管理方面,没有很好地贯彻人尽其能的原则,许多医院都存在着后勤服务人员素质不高、人员复杂、难管理的问题。在奖金分配问题上,没有体现按劳取酬、多劳多得的原则。奖金的分配更是平均主义的大锅饭。人的积极性、创造性被扼杀了,人浮于事,得过且过的现象充斥着不少医院的后勤服务部门。

People’s enthusiasm and creativity have been stifled, people are overstaffed, and the phenomenon of success has been flooded with the logistics services of many hospitals.
