网络教研凭借其主体多元、民主平等、信息丰富、共建共享等优势,已成为一线教师必不可少的一种新型教学研究形式,但部分教师参与随意性较大,准备不够充分,探讨人云亦云,后续缺乏反思,没有充分利用好这一专业成长的途径。笔者认为,教师必须理性认识网络教研,分别从教研的三个阶段发挥主观能动性,从而提升自身素养。教研前:自我反思,勤学善问准备是基础。通常网络教研都有明确的研讨主题、提纲和时间,由于研讨容量较
Network teaching and research has become a new form of teaching and research that is essential for front-line teachers with its multiple subjects, equal democracy, rich information, and co-construction and sharing. However, some teachers participate more freely and unprepared adequately, Follow-up lack of reflection, did not make full use of this professional growth path.
