武迟（１９１４—１９８８年）是我国石油教育和石化科技事业的开拓者之一。中华人民共和国成立初期，他参与创建清华大学石油。程系和北京石油学院。他长期在石油和石化部门做技术领导工作，指挥过诸多炼油和石油化工科技攻关会战，指导研究开发出多项新技术和新产品。他讲求实际，严谨治学，拼搏奉献，直到最后一息。
Wu Chi (1914-1988) was one of the trailblazers in China’s petroleum education and petrochemical science and technology. At the beginning of the founding of People’s Republic of China, he was involved in creating Tsinghua University oil. Department and Beijing Petroleum Institute. He has long been in the petroleum and petrochemical sector to do technical leadership, directed a number of oil refining and petrochemical technology research battle, guide the research and development of a number of new technologies and new products. He stresses practical, rigorous scholarship, hard work, until the last breath.
