目的:研究泽兰不同部位挥发油化学成分的差异。方法:水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,利用GC-MS计算机联用仪定性分析,按峰面积归一化法求出挥发油中化学成分的百分含量。结果:从泽兰叶挥发油中共分离出63个峰,鉴定出48个化学成分,占其挥发油总量的94.31%;从泽兰茎挥发油中共分离出12个峰,鉴定出9个化学成分,占其挥发油油总量的89.33%。二者均含有反式石竹烯、石竹素、葎草烯环氧化物Ⅱ、Z,Z,Z-1,5,9,9-四甲基-1,4,7,-环十一碳三烯、法尼基丙酮、β-瑟林烯。结论:泽兰茎叶同用入药有其合理性。
Objective: To study the difference of chemical constituents of volatile oil in different parts of Zeeland. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation. Qualitative analysis was carried out by GC-MS computer and the percentage of chemical constituents in volatile oil was determined by peak area normalization. Results: Sixty-three peaks were isolated from the volatile oil of Zeeland, 48 chemical constituents were identified, accounting for 94.31% of the total volatile oil. Twelve peaks were isolated from the essential oil of Zeeland, and nine chemical constituents were identified, accounting for Its total volatile oil 89.33%. Both of them contain trans-Caryophyllene, Phoximin, Humulus Epoxide II, Z, Z, Z-1,5,9,9-Tetramethyl- Ene, farnesyl acetone, beta-selinrene. Conclusion: Zeeland stem and leaves with the same drug has its rationality.
