在对理事会单位的走访中,现代快报社广告中心的袁海兴主任曾提出:媒体广告经营的绩效考核既是一个老生常谈,又是一个需要常谈常新的问题。希望能够通过《广告人》杂志开展一下报社之间的交流。此后,新的《劳动合同法》开始正式实施,这就要求所有的用工单位必须要加强人力资源工作,完善用工制度,这其中至为重要的就是绩效考核。因为,没有一个科学、实用、清晰、合理的绩效考核制度就很难对员工有一个明确的评估。因此,我们遴选了几篇关于报社广告部门如何做好绩效考核的文章,供大家互相学习、互相借鉴。
