(按姓氏笔画顺序)丁亚平上海核工程研究设计院研究员级高级工程师、院科技发展与专家委员会成员、国核电站运行服务技术有限公司专家委员会成员、上海市技术监督局工程设备招标投标专家库专家。长期从事金属材料腐蚀与防护的研究和设计工作;获得核工业部科技进步二等奖1项、三等奖3项、国防科工委国防科学技术奖三等1项、上海市科技进步三等奖1项,公开发表论文30多篇。华惠中(Fred Hua,美国)美国内华达大学研究教授、美国材料性能咨询公司主任工程师,主要从事核电站蒸汽发生器一回路应力腐蚀开裂、二回路应力腐蚀开裂、辐照促进应力腐蚀开裂、流动加速腐蚀、异种金属焊接中材料失效;核电站老化管理中材料失效问题研究;核电站材料安全和延寿方面的监管法规与条例的实施;第四代核电站材料开发和应用方面的研究;核废料处理中材料失效的研究。
