近几年来,我国乡镇企业迅速发展,但同时也存在着许多问题,必须引起我们足够的重视。从河北省邯郸市乡镇企业发展的情况来看,存在的问题主要表现在:1.管理人员的素质较差。多数乡镇企业的管理人员没有经过企业管理方面的培训,缺乏这方面的经验和领导艺术。2.技术力量薄弱。在邯郸市34550个乡镇企业中,工程技术人员只有1712人,占从业人员总数的1.5%,平均20个企业有一个技术人员;有技术职称的仅121人,平均285个企业才有一个。3.文化程度低。在乡
