为了明确10%吡虫啉.噻嗪酮乳油对稻飞虱的防治效果,进行了不同浓度的药效试验研究。结果表明,10%吡虫啉.噻嗪酮乳油30mL.667m-2和50mL.667m-2处理的防治效果较好,分别为91.57%和95.62%;10%吡虫啉.噻嗪酮乳油30mL.667m-2处理的防治效果比对照药剂25%噻嗪酮可湿性粉剂25g.667m-2高6.87个百分点,达显著水平;10%吡虫啉.噻嗪酮乳油50mL.667m-2处理的防治效果比2个对照药剂高6.10~10.90个百分点,达显著或极显著水平;10%吡虫啉.噻嗪酮乳油防治稻飞虱,适宜的用药量为30~50mL.667m-2,在稻飞虱若虫高峰期喷药防治,药后3d的防治效果为85.66%~91.33%,药后7d的防治效果为91.57%~95.62%;且对水稻生长发育及生态环境均无不良影响。
