企业作为社会经济的重要组成部分,不仅需要创造经济利益,还应当履行社会责任。进入破产重整阶段的企业更应当妥善处理好经济效益减少与社会关注增强之间的关系。我国2007年《破产法》正式确立了破产重整程序。在近十年的实践中,重整制度不断发展完善,能够被越来越多的企业在恰当的时候选用进行拯救。企业进入破产重整程序后,如何抓住重整机会,减少负面社会影响,即是本文意义所在。
As an important part of the social economy, an enterprise not only needs to create economic benefits, but also fulfill its social responsibilities. Enterprises entering the stage of bankruptcy and reorganization should also properly handle the relationship between the reduction of economic benefits and the enhancement of social concern. China’s Bankruptcy Law in 2007 formally established the bankruptcy reorganization procedure. In the past ten years of practice, the reform system has been continuously developed and improved, and can be chosen by more and more enterprises for rescue at the right time. After the enterprise enters bankruptcy and reorganization procedure, it is the significance of this article how to seize the opportunity of reorganization and reduce the negative social influence.
