石油开采中,油、砂分离是四大分离技术中的重点难点,是油田开发中遇到的主要问题。我国目前发现并已投入开发的稠油油藏绝大多数为胶结疏松的砂岩油层,新疆油田公司采油一厂J131作业区的油层也属于这一类型。其储层主要含油岩性为砂质砾岩、含砾砂岩和粗砂岩。填隙物主要为泥质,胶结物以方解石为主,钙质胶结,胶结疏松,类型为部分胶结型。所以J131作业区在开采过程中容易出砂。对油井进行防砂是油藏正常生产的重要保证。本文从新疆油田公司采油一厂J131作业区的岩性特征入手,分析出砂的情况,介绍了J131作业区现行的各种防砂工艺并对其效果进行了评价。
In the oil exploitation, oil and sand separation are the key difficulties in the four major separation technologies, which are the major problems encountered in the development of oil fields. The vast majority of heavy oil reservoirs discovered and put into development in our country are loosely bonded sandstone reservoirs, and the oil layer in the J131 operating area of the first oil production plant of Xinjiang Oilfield Company also belongs to this type. The main oil-bearing lithology of the reservoir is sandy conglomerate, gravel sandstone and coarse sandstone. The interstitial material is mainly argillaceous, the cements are mainly calcite, the calcareous cement is cemented and the cementation is loose, and the type is partial cementation type. Therefore, J131 operating area in the mining process easy to sand. Sand control of the well is an important guarantee for the normal production of the reservoir. In this paper, the lithology characteristics of J131 work area of a first oil production plant in Xinjiang Oilfield Company are analyzed, the situation of sand production is analyzed, and the current sand control technologies in J131 work area are introduced and their effects are evaluated.
