观察长生降压液对自发性高血压大鼠的血压、血浆去甲肾上腺素(NE)、心脏重量指数和红细胞膜渗透脆性的影响。高血压大鼠分为对照组和服药组,WKY大鼠组为血压正常组。结果表明:对照组的血压继续升高(25.7kPa),与起始值(22.4 kPa)相比有显著统计学差异(p<0.05);而服药组大鼠的血压只在起始值(22.8 kPa)上下波动,心脏重量指数(4.44 mg/g)也明显低于对照组(4.68 mg/g)。此外,WKY组血浆NE水平(1.63pmol/ml)和红细胞膜渗透脆性(0.06)明显低于对照组(p<0.05)),而服药组与对照组相比仅有降低的趋向。结果提示长生降压液有阻止自发性高血压大鼠血压继续升高的作用;该药还有改善左室心肌肥厚的作用
To observe the effect of longevity hypotensive fluid on blood pressure, plasma norepinephrine (NE), cardiac weight index and erythrocyte membrane osmotic fragility in spontaneously hypertensive rats. Hypertensive rats were divided into control group and medication group, WKY rats were normotensive group. The results showed that the blood pressure of the control group continued to increase (25.7 kPa), which was significantly different from the initial value (22.4 kPa) (p <0.05) kPa), heart weight index (4.44 mg / g) was also significantly lower than that of the control group (4.68 mg / g). In addition, the levels of plasma NE (1.63 pmol / ml) and erythrocyte membrane permeability (0.06) in WKY group were significantly lower than those in control group (p <0.05), but only a decreasing trend compared with control group. The results suggest that longevity hypotensive fluid to prevent spontaneous hypertension in rats continue to increase the role of blood pressure; the drug also has the effect of improving left ventricular hypertrophy
