随着我国法制化的不断推进,社会需要大量从事法律实务的人才,在此情况下,全国众多高校纷纷开设法学专业,培养社会需要的法律人才。其中,一些民族院校为适应民族地区对法律实务人才的需求,设立了法学专业。但法律作为应用性学科,对解决实际问题的能力具有较高的要求,而法学实践基地建设对提高法律的应用具有重要意义,因此,文章重点讨论民族院校的法学实践基地建设等内容。
With the continuous promotion of the legal system in our country, the society needs a large number of talents who are engaged in legal practice. Under such circumstances, many colleges and universities across the country have set up law professions and trained legal professionals for the society. Among them, some nationalities institutes have set up their law major in order to meet the needs of law practitioners in minority areas. However, as an applied subject, law has higher requirements on the ability to solve practical problems. However, the construction of legal practice base is of great significance to improve the application of law. Therefore, the article focuses on the construction of legal practice base in national colleges and universities.
