一、前言高温合金中含有大量Ni、Cr及少量Ti、Mo、W等有价金属元素,很多镍基高温合金中还含有相当数量的Co。在高温合金废钢中,除少数钢种牌号不混杂废钢可以直接返回钢厂重新使用外,大部份废钢特别是大量牌号混杂的废钢必须通过化工冶金方法加以回收利用。镇江冶炼厂1970年开始进行废高温合金的回收利用工作,经过十几年来的生产和试验研究,现在能生产镍铁,电解镍、硫酸镍、环烷酸钴、精制氧化钴及铬精矿等冶金和化工产品。
