目前我国个人收入呈现两极现象:平均主义与差距悬殊。国家编制的职工中,近年来的工资调整,不但没有消除老的平均主义,反而使差距越来越小,劳动倒挂更加突出;而非国营企业中的工资却严重失控,差距越来越大。收入分配问题必须综合治理。关键在于完善企业经营机制,改变劳动制度,建立社会福利保险,加强宏观调控。
At present, China’s personal income shows a bipolar phenomenon: the difference between egalitarianism and disparity. Among the staff and workers of the state, the wage adjustment in recent years has not only eliminated the old egalitarianism but made the gap smaller and smaller, and the labor upside-down has become more prominent. The wage in non-state-owned enterprises has been severely out of control and the gap has been widening. Income distribution must be comprehensive management issues. The key is to improve the business mechanism, change the labor system, establish social welfare insurance, and strengthen macro-control.
