采用原位杂交的方法,观察了大鼠主动脉平滑肌细胞(AorticSmoothMuscleCels,ASMC)中PDGF及其受体基因表达的改变,以及去甲肾上腺素(Norepinephrine,NE)和硝苯吡啶(Nifedipine,Nif)对它们的影响。结果发现老年大鼠(24月龄)ASMC中PDGFβ受体的基因表达明显强于青年大鼠(3月龄);NE可以加强其表达,而Nif可以抑制NE的作用。
The changes of PDGF and its receptor gene expression in rat aortic smooth muscle cells (ASMC) and the expression of Norepinephrine (NE) and Nifedipine (Nif) were observed by in situ hybridization. Impact on them. The results showed that the gene expression of PDGFβ receptor in ASMC of aged rats (24 months old) was significantly stronger than that of the young rats (3 months old). NE could enhance its expression, while Nif could inhibit the effect of NE.
