目的:调查分析医院门诊药房服务的满意度。方法:自制调查表,对我院400例患者进行问卷调查,并分析其对医院门诊药房服务的满意度。结果:患者对药师服务态度、用药指导、取药等待时间、取药便利性、药品价格、药品包装及药房环境的满意度分别为40.05%、47.85%、81.18%、94.09%、61.02%、87.63%、80.65%。结论:我院门诊药房服务总体满意度较高,但在服务态度、用药指导、药品价格方面的满意度仍较低,应采取相应对策加以提高。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the satisfaction of hospital outpatient pharmacy services. Methods: Self-made questionnaire, 400 patients in our hospital were surveyed and analyzed their satisfaction with the hospital outpatient pharmacy services. Results: Satisfaction rate of patients on pharmacist attitude, medication guidance, medication waiting time, drug taking convenience, drug price, drug packaging and pharmacy environment were 40.05%, 47.85%, 81.18%, 94.09%, 61.02%, 87.63 %, 80.65%. Conclusion: The overall satisfaction of outpatient pharmacy services in our hospital is high, but the satisfaction with service attitude, medication guidance and drug prices is still low, and corresponding measures should be taken to improve the service.
