夏天无总碱（简称Ⅰ）2mg／kg静脉注射在心脏的稳定期，缺血期和复灌期均具有显著减慢HR，降低MAP的作用；而对各期LVP和dp／dt数值虽表现出减低性影响，但作用无显著性意义。结果显示（Ⅰ）2mg／kg能显著对抗缺血性和复灌性心律失常的效应，特别是能明显抑制复灌期室颤的发生率及严重程度。
In the summer, no total alkali (abbreviated to I) 2 mg/kg was intravenously injected in the stable phase of the heart, and both the ischemia and the re-irrigation period had a significant slowing of the HR and reduced the effect of MAP; while the values of the LVP and dp/dt in each phase showed The effect of reducing the low, but the effect was not significant. The results showed that (I) 2 mg/kg significantly inhibited the effects of ischemic and recirculating arrhythmias, and in particular, significantly inhibited the incidence and severity of ventricular fibrillation during re-infusion.
