目的:探讨螺旋CT多平面重建(MPR)、表面遮盖显示(SSD)在跖跗骨复杂骨折诊断中的价值。方法:回顾性分析27例跖跗骨复杂骨折患者的X线及螺旋CT的MPR、SSD图像。结果:在27例73个跖跗骨骨折中,跟骨11个,距骨7个,骰骨10个,舟骨8个,楔骨14个,跖骨23个;跖跗关节脱位6例。27例73个跗骨骨折均被显示,MPR和3D重建图像可直观显示骨折及脱位的情况。X线漏诊率为21.5%。结论:螺旋CT的MPR、SSD技术在诊断跖跗骨复杂骨折中有重要的价值。
Objective: To investigate the value of spiral CT multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and surface occlusion display (SSD) in the diagnosis of complex metatarsal complex fractures. Methods: The images of MPR and SSD of 27 patients with complicated metatarsal complex fractures were retrospectively analyzed. Results: In 27 cases of 73 metatarsal tarsal fractures, there were 11 calcaneus, 7 talus, 10 cuboid, 8 navicular, 14 cuneiform and 23 metatarsal. Six cases had metatarsal dislocation. Totally 73 tarsal fractures were shown in 27 cases. The images of MPR and 3D reconstruction showed the fracture and dislocation directly. The rate of X-ray misdiagnosis was 21.5%. Conclusion: The MPR and SSD techniques of spiral CT have important value in the diagnosis of complicated fractures of metatarsal.
