针对我国原煤及产品煤存储量大的现状,文章对煤炭行业中钻孔灌注桩的后注浆的承载力进行了数值分析研究,提出提高钻孔灌注桩的后注浆承载能力方法和使桩基形变减小的原理,并对干扰灌注桩承载能力的因素做了分析,提出桩底后注浆技术的解决方案,煤炭工程实例的引入论证了设计方案的正确性和有效性。
Aiming at the status quo of large coal reserves in coal and coal products in our country, this paper conducts a numerical analysis on the bearing capacity of post-grouting of bored piles in the coal industry, and proposes a method to increase the post-grouting bearing capacity of bored piles and to make the pile The deformation of foundation is reduced, and the factors that affect the bearing capacity of cast-in-place piles are analyzed. The solution of post-grouting technology is put forward. The introduction of coal engineering examples proves the correctness and effectiveness of the design.
