以韩山师范学院化学专业人才培养模式为例,探究高素质乡镇中学化学教师的培养,具有重要的实践意义。韩山师范学院化学专业的做法是瞄准高素质乡镇教师这一培养目标,从知识、情怀、能力三个维度来设计人才培养模式并落实到日常教学中,核心是文化育人。通过课程结构比例控制来为学生建构合理的知识结构,通过专题网站学习、区域文化与化学文化对接、顶岗实习支教来加强学生的乡土情怀,通过多措并举、互利共赢及“全程教育实践+竞赛”活动来增强学生的核心竞争力。
Taking the training mode of chemical professionals in Hanshan Normal University as an example, it is of practical significance to explore the cultivation of chemistry teachers in high quality township middle schools. The specialty of chemistry at Hanshan Normal University is to aim at the training goal of high quality township teachers.
