企业廉洁文化建设是惩治和预防腐败体系建设的重要内容,是构建和谐企业的内在要求和迫切需要。对于企业深化改革、建设现代企业制度、增强企业凝聚力、向心力、竞争力具有十分重要的作用。但是企业廉洁文化落地问题,成为推进廉洁文化的一个难题,如何在新的形势下推动廉洁文化建设有效开展,如何使廉洁文化真正发挥功效,打造廉洁企业,进而消除新问题、新矛盾,是我们值得深思、需要探讨、研究的课题。
The construction of corporate honesty culture is an important part of punishing and preventing the corruption system, and it is an inherent requirement and an urgent need to build a harmonious enterprise. For enterprises to deepen the reform, building a modern enterprise system and enhance cohesion, centripetal force, competitiveness has a very important role. However, the issue of the establishment of an honest and clean culture in enterprises has become a difficult problem in promoting clean culture.
