采用商用软件FINE_(TM)/Turbo,对2.5 MW变速恒频型风力机DF90风轮进行三维定常数值模拟研究.在计算功率与设计值很好符合的基础上,分析了风轮的三维绕流细节,讨论了叶尖速比和来流风速对叶片载荷的影响。结果显示:相同叶尖速比条件下流动近似;来流迎角随叶尖速比减小而增大,根部分离提前;运行风速范围内流动分离仅发生在叶根附近较小的范围内,大部分叶展范围的绕流具有良好的二维性。
The commercial 3D software DFINE (TM) / Turbo is used to simulate the three-dimensional steady-state numerical simulation of the DFMW wind turbine with 2.5 MW VSCF wind turbine.According to the good agreement between calculated power and design value, Details, the effects of tip speed ratio and inflow velocity on blade load are discussed. The results show that the flow at the same tip-to-tip speed ratio is approximate; the attack angle of the incoming flow increases with the decrease of the tip speed ratio, and the root separation is advanced; the flow separation within the range of operating wind speed occurs only within the smaller range near the root, The flow around most of the leaves has a good two-dimensional shape.
