临床研究证实原发性高血压患者存在胰岛素抵抗,糖脂等代谢异常发生率明显升高。为了解中青年高血压人群的特点,对无糖尿病史的29例中青年高血压患者和17例中青年非高血压对照者进行了口服75 g葡萄糖耐量实验(OGGT)和胰岛素释放实验,并测定血脂、尿酸和纤维蛋白原,以探讨中青年高血压与胰岛素抵抗和糖脂等代谢异常的关系。现报道如下。
