在北京(39°56'N)长日、中温条件下,分析了弱感光型光敏不育水稻C407s与秋光、南65两品种配制的正反交F1、BF1、F2和F3代的雄性育性表现。结果表明,在弱感光型遗传背景下光敏不育性及其育性恢复受两对独立的细胞核隐性主基因控制和修饰基因的作用。讨论了缩小样本出穗期的离散度和利用F3家系育性类型分析资料的必要性及所谓“育性抑制基因”影响下光敏不育性状表达的种种异常情况。
The male fertility of F1, BF1, F2 and F3 generations of reciprocal crosses of weak light-sensitive photo-sensitive sterile rice C407s and Qiguang and Nan65 were analyzed at long and medium temperature in Beijing (39 ° 56’N) which performed. The results showed that photoinfertility and fertility restoration in weakly sensible genetic background were controlled by two independent nucleus recessive major genes and the modification of genes. The dispersal degree of heading stage and the necessity of analyzing data by F3 family fertility were discussed, and the abnormalities of the expression of photositive sterility traits under the influence of so-called “fertility suppressor gene” were discussed.
