对“十二五”时期职业教育完成《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》所提出的相关目标的情况、国家层面职业教育政策的基本走向进行分析,发现规划目标基本实现,政策引导持续加强。但我国职业教育改革发展也面临一些主要挑战,中等职业教育规模下降、职普结构不能适应实体经济发展要求、经费投入仍然不足。
