湖南省欧阳海水库是以灌溉为主结合发电的大型水利水电工程。水库流域面积5409km~2,总库容4.24亿m~3,大坝百年设计水位130m。为充分发挥工程效益,1992年安装了水文自动测报系统。该系统由北京水利自动化研究所设计安装,当年5月正式投入使用。该系统使用两年多来,收到了明显的经济效益,主要有两个方面: a.减少了洪水造成的水库下游淹没损失。使用该系统后,可实时采集到库区各个雨量遥测
Ouyanghai Reservoir in Hunan Province is a large-scale water conservancy and hydropower project based on the combination of irrigation and power generation. Reservoir basin area of 5409km ~ 2, with a total storage capacity of 424000000 m ~ 3, dam a hundred years design level 130m. In order to give full play to project benefits, in 1992 to install a hydrological automatic reporting system.
