随着欧元区国家主权债务危机的升级和蔓延,中国的地方债问题再一次引起人们的关注。2011年10月14日英国《金融时报》发表了一篇名为《中国的地方债——下一个欧洲?》的文章,甚至把欧债危机与中国的地方债直接联系在一起。中国的地方债到底有多大的规模和风险?解决中国地方债的根本出路在哪里?欧债危机对解决中国的地方债问题有什么启示?本期名家论坛,我们邀请中国社会科学院经济研究所的张曙光先生、财政部科研所的刘尚希先生和中央财经大学的马海涛先生就相关问题展开笔谈。
With the escalation and spread of the sovereign debt crisis in the euro area countries, the problem of local debts in China once again draws people’s attention. On October 14, 2011, the Financial Times published an article entitled “China’s Local Debt - The Next Europe?” And even directly linked the debt crisis in Europe to China’s local debt. China’s local debt in the end how much the scale and risk? The fundamental way to solve China’s local debt? Where is the European debt crisis to solve China’s local debt problems? What is the current famous forum, we invited the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Institute of Economic Research Mr. Zhang Shuguang, Mr. Liu Shangxi from the Research Institute of the Ministry of Finance and Mr. Ma Haitao from Central University of Finance and Economics started written speeches on related issues.
