受钢铁行业不景气影响,国内焦炉大都采用延长结焦时间的方法来降低焦炉负荷。通过对1~9月份焦炭冷强度的分析发现,焦炉负荷降低导致了炉头温度降低,生焦量增加,并造成了焦炭冷强度的波动。笔者采用分类取样的方法探讨了Ⅰ类焦比例对冷强度的影响,并最终确定了炉头温度是焦炭冷强度波动的主要因素。在采用炉头补偿加热后,炉头温度上升60℃左右,焦炭耐磨指数M_(10)下降0.3%。
Affected by the sluggish steel industry, most domestic coke oven to extend the coking time to reduce the burden on coke oven. Through the analysis of coke cold strength from January to September, it was found that the decrease of coke oven load led to the decrease of burner temperature, the increase of coke yield and the fluctuation of coke cold strength. The author used the method of sample classification to investigate the influence of coke ratio Ⅰ on the cold strength, and finally determined that the temperature of the burner was the main factor of coke cold strength fluctuation. After using the burner to compensate the heating, the temperature of the burner increased about 60 ℃, the coke wear index M_ (10) decreased by 0.3%.
