Spherical gratings are important components in devices such as low energy electron diffraction (LEED) and blanking potential spectrum (DAPS) .This article describes the preliminary development of the spherical gratings in our LEED device.We introduce the fabrication of the spherical gratings The manufacturing process and some preliminary results of quality analysis.
