目的探讨猪在人工诱发心室颤动复苏后心脏功能的变化情况。方法采用置右心室电极诱导太湖猪发生室颤,然后行经胸体外电除颤,并通过超声心动图评价复苏成功后不同时间段太湖猪心功能状况。结果二个实验组猪在复苏成功后心功能均降低,室颤6min组心功能降低与同组基础状态和室颤2min组均有显著性差异。至72h时恢复至与基础状态无差异。结论随着室颤时间的延长,复苏成功后出现的心功能障碍越重。这种心功能障碍可能是一种伴左心室扩张的可逆性心功能不全。
Objective To investigate the changes of cardiac function in pigs after artificial induced ventricular fibrillation and recovery. Methods The right ventricular electrode was used to induce ventricular fibrillation in Taihu pigs and then to transthoracic electric shock defibrillation. The cardiac function of Taihu pigs at different time points after successful resuscitation was evaluated by echocardiography. Results The heart function of the two experimental groups decreased after successful resuscitation. The decrease of cardiac function in the 6-minute ventricular fibrillation group was significantly different from that in the same group and 2-min ventricular fibrillation group. Until 72h recovery to the basic state no difference. Conclusion With the prolongation of ventricular fibrillation, the more severe cardiac dysfunction occurs after successful resuscitation. This cardiac dysfunction may be a reversible cardiac insufficiency with left ventricular dilatation.
