TiAl基合金是一种具有广泛发展前途的结构材料 ,采用钛基钎料和银基钎料对TiAl基合金与 4 0Cr钢进行了真空钎焊试验。接头的剪切强度分别为 110MPa和 10 5MPa。显微组织分析表明 ,采用Ti基钎料时焊接区域存在脆性金属间化合物Ti-Cu相和Ti-Ni相以及采用Ag基钎料时产生的层状组织可能与接头的低强度有关。
TiAl-based alloy is a widely used structural material, and TiAl based alloys and 40Cr steel were vacuum brazed using Ti-based brazing filler metal and silver-based brazing filler metal. The shear strength of the joints were 110 MPa and 105 MPa, respectively. Microstructure analysis shows that the presence of brittle intermetallic compounds Ti-Cu phase and Ti-Ni phase in the weld zone and the lamellar microstructure of the Ag-based brazing filler metal in Ti-based brazing filler metal may be related to the low strength of the joint.
