大型铝电解槽所遇到的重要技术问题之一,便是母线磁场的问题。研究表明,如果母线配置得恰当合理,就能最大限度削弱槽铝液中的磁强度,以减小铝液所受电磁力引起的强烈运动,因而有助于大幅度地提高电流效率。本文主要是研究了大型铝电解槽母线配置问题。文章指出,大型铝电解槽母线的配置,如按Rot(O)=0状态求得的母线配置坐标,则母线在槽铝液中形成的电磁力为最弱,这有利于槽中铝液的稳定与电流效率的提高。本文內容可提供大型槽生产与设计者作参考。
One of the major technical issues encountered by a large aluminum reduction cell is the problem of the busbar magnetic field. Studies have shown that if the busbar is properly configured, the magnetic strength in the bath liquid can be minimized to reduce the strong movement caused by the electromagnetic force of the liquid aluminum, thereby contributing to drastically improving the current efficiency. This paper mainly studies the configuration of large aluminum cell busbar. The paper points out that the configuration of busbar of large aluminum reduction cell is such that the electromagnetic force formed by the busbar in the tank liquid is the weakest if the coordinate of the busbar is obtained from the state of Rot (O) = 0, which is favorable for the aluminum liquid in the tank Stability and current efficiency improvement. This article provides a reference for large tank manufacturers and designers.
