解决民族问题的关键,贯彻落实《民族区域自治法》的核心,是大力培养选拔使用少数民族干部人才。近年来,湖南各市州各级党委、政府重视少数民族干部的培养、选拔和任用工作,不断探索少数民族干部选拔培养之路,取得了一定的工作成绩。限于篇幅原因,本刊选摘刊登在此方面表现突出、独具特色的湖南部分市州民族干部工作情况经验,期与全省其他市州及全国兄弟省市(州)民族工作部门共勉。
The key to resolving the ethnic issue and implementing the core of the “Law on Regional Ethnic Autonomy” are to vigorously cultivate, select and use cadres of minority nationalities.
