目的了解濮阳市医院Ⅱ类环境空气消毒效果,以减少与控制空气污染造成的医院感染。方法2006—2008年,对濮阳市15家市级医院、16家县区级医院、21家乡级卫生院的Ⅱ类环境空气进行采样监测。结果2006—2008年医院空气消毒合格率,市级为34.21%、59.09%、85.71%,有逐年上升趋势;县区级为32.43%、50.00、48.72%;乡级为31.42%、45.16%和39.39%。结论市级医院空气消毒效果明显好于县区级和乡级医院,洁净层流技术的应用使空气消毒合格率大大提高,应进一步加强空气动态消毒器使用与管理。
Objective To understand the disinfection effect of Class Ⅱ ambient air in Puyang City Hospital to reduce and control nosocomial infections caused by air pollution. Methods From 2006 to 2008, sample Ⅱ environmental air samples were collected from 15 municipal hospitals, 16 county-level hospitals and 21 township hospitals in Puyang City. Results The passing rate of air disinfection in hospitals from 2006 to 2008 was 34.21%, 59.09% and 85.71% respectively, with a year-by-year upward trend; the county level was 32.43% and 50.00 and 48.72% respectively; the township level was 31.42%, 45.16% and 39.39 %. Conclusions The air disinfection effect of municipal hospitals is obviously better than that of county-level and township-level hospitals. The application of clean laminar flow technology greatly improves the passing rate of air disinfection, and the use and management of air dynamic sterilizers should be further strengthened.
