研究了在纳米陶瓷粒子-水混合液中采用双脉冲等离子体微弧方法获得ZrO2和ZrO2-Y2O3陶瓷涂层的新技术.所获涂层表面均匀,与基体结合力好.进行了涂层表面形貌及其物相分析. 实验结果证明沉积ZrO2和ZrO2-Y2O3陶瓷涂层后, 提高了基体合金的抗高温氧化性能.
The new technology of obtaining ceramic coatings of ZrO2 and ZrO2-Y2O3 by double pulse plasma micro-arc in nano-ceramic particle-water mixture was studied. The coating obtained by the surface uniform, good adhesion with the substrate. The surface morphology and phase analysis of the coating were carried out. The experimental results show that the deposition of ZrO2 and ZrO2-Y2O3 ceramic coating improves the high temperature oxidation resistance of the matrix alloy.
