1987年初我们开始研制稳绳张紧力检测仪,年底在合阳王村矿进行试验,达到了预期效果,研制获得成功。为了加快深井施工速度,增加提升机绳速,提高吊桶提升能力是有效措施之一。目前选用的提升机,最大绳速常为5~6米/秒,而国外立井快速施工中,绳速高达16~20米/秒。在一般条件下,随着绳速的增加使吊桶在井内运行过程的摆动范围相应加大,影响提升安全,从而限制了绳速。为此需要采取改进钩头连接装置、滑架等措施,而最基本的措施,是确保滑架稳绳有足够的张紧力。因而研制张紧力检测仪,作为稳绳张紧力实际数值检测手段,同时有助于调整相邻稳张紧力,防止产生共振。还为采用多
