在哈尔滨市,我们惊喜地发现南马路小学是一所教师读书的学校,一群年轻人正执著于:让读书成为习惯。他们自发地组织了南马路小学青年教师教育理论研究会。在这个组织中,50余位青年教师经常一起研究和探讨各种问题,自由地交换想法。在研究与探索中,人人将经验与认识毫无保留地呈现出来,在交流和碰撞中发现别人独到的见解,从而突破和超越自己的认识,形成群体的智慧和更高层次的共识。7年来,他们不懈地读书学习、探索研究,不仅使自身的素质有了质的飞跃,而且学校的办学特色得到了社会的广泛认可和赞誉,许多家长争相把孩子送到这里接受教育,用家长的话说:“咱就认这所学校!” 5月24日,我们有机会参加了他们关于“教师终身学习和学生学会学习”的研讨,他们精彩的发言深深震撼着每一位与会者。在此我们撷取了部分教师的见解,以飨读者。
In Harbin, we were pleasantly surprised to find that South Elementary School was a school for teachers. A group of young people are obsessed with making reading a habit. They volunteered to organize the South Ma Road Primary School Young Teacher Education Theory Seminar. In this organization, more than 50 young teachers frequently study and discuss various issues and freely exchange ideas. In the process of research and exploration, everyone presents their experience and understanding unreservedly, and finds unique insights in the exchange and collision so as to break through and transcend their own understanding and form a collective wisdom and higher-level consensus. Over the past seven years, they have made unremitting efforts in reading, studying and researching, not only making a qualitative leap in their own qualities, but also having widely recognized and praised the school’s running characteristics. Many parents vied to send their children here for education. On the 24th of May, we had the chance to participate in their seminar about “Lifelong Learning for Teachers and Learning to Learn by Students”. Their wonderful speech deeply shook each and every one of them One participant. Here we capture some of the teachers’ insights to readers.
