今年三月以来,我们遵循党中央、国务院关于对企业进行全面整顿的决定,有计划、有步骤、分期分批地对所有企业进行了全面的整顿工作。总的部署是:全面规划,突出重点,以点带面,分期分批进行。第一步:开展“三清三查”进行财务整顿;第二步:整顿和建设领导班子和职工队伍,加强思想政治工作;第三步:整顿和完善经营责任制,加强和完善定额管理、柜组核算和奖惩制度;第四步:合理调整核算体制,加强经济核算,促进提高经济效益。通过对企业进行初步整顿,很快地扭转了经营管理混乱、损失多、浪费大的局面,促进了经济效益的提高。截至五月底止,全县供销系统所取得的经济效益是令人鼓舞的。纯购进总值完成1,402万元,占年计划的29.8％,比去年同期增加14.5％;
Since March this year, we have followed the Central Party Committee and the State Council’s decision on the comprehensive rectification of enterprises. As of the end of May, the economic benefits of the county’s supply and marketing system are encouraging. The net purchase value of pure completed 14.02 million yuan, accounting for 29.8% of the annual plan, an increase of 14.5% over the same period of last year;
