目的:介绍经透明角膜切口的青光眼滤过术后白内障超声乳化摘除人工晶体植入的方法及疗效。方法:对18例18眼施行手术,上方透明角膜内1mm处做3.2mm切口,超声乳化白内障摘除后扩大切口至5.5mm～6mm,植入人工晶体。结果:18眼术后视力全部提高,术中术后无严重并发症。结论:经透明角膜切口超声乳化白内障摘除治疗青光眼滤过术后白内障能取得良好效果而无严重并发症。
Objective: To introduce the method and efficacy of phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation after glaucoma filtration through corneal incision. Methods: Eighteen patients (18 eyes) underwent surgery with a 3.2mm incision at 1mm above the clear cornea. After phacoemulsification, the incision was expanded to 5.5mm ~ 6mm and the intraocular lens was implanted. Results: All the 18 eyes had improved visual acuity. There was no serious postoperative complications. Conclusion: Phacoemulsification cataract extraction with cataract extraction can be effective in the treatment of cataract after glaucoma filtration surgery without serious complications.
