文化本身具有导向作用、约束作用、凝聚作用、育人作用,是学校发展的灵魂。山东省潍坊第一中学综合考虑学校的文化传统、办学条件及学生情况等因素,提炼出“容·雅”文化,确立了“文化立校”之路,形成“创造适合的教育,打造幸福的学校”的办学理念,着力打造学校优质教育品牌。在校长的带领下,学校每位教师都是“容·雅”文化的信仰者、践行者,学校文化内涵不断提升,实现了学生、教师和学校的共同发展。
