利用黄瓜品种千秋1号,人工接种南方根结线虫(Meloidogyn incognita),通过根系酸性品红整体染色和石蜡组织切片的方法,观察和比较了以昆虫为主体的土壤修复剂影响南方根结线虫侵染黄瓜幼苗根系过程的组织病理学变化。结果显示:接种线虫7d后,有、无土壤修复剂处理的黄瓜幼苗各生长指标、根系所形成的巨型细胞数量和形态无显著差异;接种线虫15d后,施用土壤修复剂处理的黄瓜幼苗叶片总面积、地上部鲜质量和根总长都比线虫对照组高1/3左右,根瘤数/根长(10cm)比线虫对照组少1/2,根系组织中巨型细胞干瘪或形成空泡,未施用土壤修复剂处理的根系组织中巨型细胞肥大。结果表明:土壤修复剂对根结线虫寻找和侵入黄瓜幼苗根系组织无明显影响,其作用主要在于促使根系组织中的巨型细胞形成空泡,导致根结线虫在根系内食物短缺,以此来提高作物抗根结线虫的能力。

The main role of the soil remediation agent was to promote the formation of vacuoles in the giant cells in the root tissue and lead to the food shortage in root system of root knot nematode, Crops resistant to root knot nematode ability.
