上海作为世界第六大城市群中的中心城市,不仅对整个长江三角洲,而且对全国、对世界一些国家和地区都起着非常明显的“聚集”与“扩散”效应。这种“内推”“外拉”式的发展动能.使得上海经济社会的发展更具潜力。上海发展的潜力,从构成城市实体的角度来讲,也就是上海城建发展的潜力,房产经济发展的潜力。目前房地产业已成为上海国民经济的六大支柱产业之一,房产经济与上海发展的互动作用日趋明显并不断加强。
Shanghai, as the central city in the world’s sixth largest urban agglomeration, plays a very significant “gathering” and “spreading” effect not only for the entire Yangtze River Delta but also for the entire country and some countries in the world. This “push” “pull ” type of development momentum, making the economic and social development in Shanghai more potential. The potential of Shanghai’s development, from the perspective of constituting a city entity, is also the potential of Shanghai’s urban development and the potential of real estate economic development. At present, the real estate industry has become one of the six pillar industries in Shanghai’s national economy. The interaction between the real estate economy and Shanghai’s development has become increasingly clear and intensified.
