目的探讨心内科临床药师参与药物治疗和干预医嘱的途径和方法。方法对临床药师参与心内科药物治疗的4例典型案例进行分析。结果临床药师在参与药物品种选择、剂量调整,提醒医师关注药物的药代动力学、相互作用、不良反应等方面取得一定成效。结论临床药师利用与医护人员互补的药学专业知识,为医师及患者提供药学服务,可促进临床合理用药。
Objective To investigate the ways and methods of clinical pharmacists participating in drug treatment and intervention in cardiology department. Methods Four cases of clinical pharmacists involved in the treatment of cardiology were analyzed. Results Clinical pharmacists have achieved some results in participating in the selection of drug varieties, dose adjustment, remind physicians to pay attention to the pharmacokinetics, interactions and adverse reactions of the drugs. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists use pharmacy expertise complementary to medical staff to provide pharmacological services to physicians and patients, which can promote clinical rational drug use.
