本文概述2006年胰腺和胆道疾病的影像学诊断与内镜诊断的最新进展,其中超声内镜下穿刺技术和胆道疾病引流管留置研究备受瞩目。在胰腺疾病诊治方面,细胞学诊断、病理组织学诊断、免疫学和基因学诊断方面的研究均有进展。内镜下经乳头胆囊内插管对发现早期胆囊癌和确诊,以及在急性胆囊炎治疗上均有创新性应用。对于胰胆管汇流异常是胆道癌危险因子的探讨也有所进展,就胰管.胆管Oddi括约肌高位汇流与癌前病变的相关性研究进入临床探讨阶段。
This article summarizes the latest advances in imaging diagnosis and endoscopic diagnosis of pancreas and biliary tract diseases in 2006. Among them, endoscopic ultrasonography and catheter indwelling biliary tract diseases have drawn much attention. In the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic diseases, cytological diagnosis, histopathological diagnosis, immunology and genetic diagnosis of research have progressed. Endoscopic transcerption of the gallbladder through gallbladder for the discovery of early gallbladder cancer and diagnosis, as well as in the treatment of acute cholecystitis have innovative applications. The study on the risk of cholangiocarcinoma in pancreaticobiliary duct anomalies is also progressing. The study on the relationship between the high confluence of pancreatic duct and biliary Oddi sphincter and the precancerous lesions is in the clinical stage.
