不知不觉,我校新课改实行已经半个学期了,本学期我校开始尝试4~8年级的课改初探。我带的是四年级(1)班的数学,就在我校实施“先学后练,多学少讲”新课改的过程中,发现在课堂上对学生展示并给予得分奖励的过程中,会浪费不少时间。这样对高效的课堂会带来冲击。现就我在课堂上发现的问题及改进措施简要总结如下。
Unconsciously, our school new curriculum reform has been implemented for half a semester, this semester my school began to try 4 ~ 8 grade curriculum reform. I took the fourth grade (1) math class, just in my school implementation of “first learn after training, learn more and talk less,” the new curriculum reform process, found in the classroom students to show and give the reward points In the process, it will waste a lot of time.
