目的:了解医院集中空调通风系统卫生状况,加强医院集中空调通风系统卫生监督管理。方法:对宁波市16家医院集中空调通风系统卫生状况进行卫生监督检查和监测,共抽检样品310份,其中,风管内表面积尘量64份,合格59份,合格率为92.18%;风管内表面细菌总数64份,合格9份,合格率为14.06%;风管内表面真菌总数64份,合格19份,合格率为29.68%;冷却水嗜肺军团菌11份,合格8份,合格率为72.72%;冷凝水嗜肺军团菌11份,合格11份,合格率为100.00%;送风中β-溶血性链球菌32份,合格32份,合格率为100.00%;送风中细菌总数32份,合格23份,合格率为71.88%、送风中真菌总数32份,合格23份,合格率为71.88%。结论:医院集中空调通风系统卫生状况堪忧;须加大对医院集中空调通风系统的卫生监管。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the health status of central air conditioning and ventilation systems in hospitals and to strengthen the hygiene supervision and management of central air conditioning and ventilation systems in hospitals. Methods: Health supervision, inspection and monitoring were carried out on the health condition of central air conditioning and ventilation system in 16 hospitals in Ningbo City. A total of 310 samples were sampled, of which 64 were dust on the inner surface of the duct, 59 were qualified, with a pass rate of 92.18% The total number of bacteria was 64 and the pass rate was 9.06. The pass rate was 14.06%. The total number of fungi on the inner surface of duct was 64 and 19 were qualified. The pass rate was 29.68%. 11 Legionella pneumophila in cooling water were qualified and the pass rate was 72.72 %; Condensate water Legionella pneumophila 11, 11 were qualified, the pass rate was 100.00%; airborne β-hemolytic streptococcus 32, 32 pass, with a pass rate of 100.00%; the total number of bacteria in the air supply 32 , 23 qualified, with a pass rate of 71.88%, the total number of fungi in the air supply 32, 23 qualified, a pass rate of 71.88%. Conclusion: The sanitation condition of central air conditioning and ventilation system in hospital is worrying; the hygiene supervision of central air conditioning and ventilation system in hospital should be increased.
